We are looking for an HR & Office Manager to join our Hamburg division and drive our operations in Germany.

Your Mission

• Manage the employee lifecycle in Personio and Bamboo
• Prepare payroll and accounting in collaboration with our tax office
• Manage benefits and plan events for the Hamburg team
• Collaborate with the international HR team on cross-country HR topics
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions
• Handle all tasks related to office management
• Provide assistance to our studio management in Hamburg

Your Profile

• Fluent in German and very good English skills
• At least 2 years of experience in HR/personnel
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Enjoy working with people from different cultures
• Highly organized, diligent, and able to work independently
• Regularly available on-site in Hamburg
