What you will do
The Head of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our blockchain wallet and related services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, consumer behavior, and digital marketing. Are you familiar with the orchestration of growth experiments? Do you think in acquisition loops instead of funnels? The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling products in a competitive market, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities

Growth Strategy Development:
Refine and implement an existing holistic growth strategy to increase the adoption and usage of metri, Gnosis Pay, and Circles
Develop new global and local growth strategies

Product-led Growth
- Work in conjunction with product teams to deliver strategy and prioritization of key opportunities for product-led growth, including conversion rates, onboarding, activation and retention across first-party Gnosis products

User Acquisition:
Build and scale growth loops across key Gnosis products, with a focus on key tactics including referral programs and paid acquisition
Design and execute tactical user acquisition campaigns across various channels (partnerships, community outreach, etc.)

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.

User Engagement and Retention:
Develop and manage programs and initiatives to enhance user engagement and retention, ensuring a seamless and satisfying user experience.

Data-Driven Insights:
Utilize analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement in growth strategies, optimizing for key metrics such as user growth rate, retention rate, and engagement.
