We created the position of Organisational Strategy Intern - based on a growing number of talented, bright applicants with prestigious backgrounds. Are you finishing your Bachelor’s or have started your Master’s degree at a renowned university seeking practical experience in the field of business building and organisational strategy?
Contrary to traditional companies, we offer the chance to sit next to some of the most successful serial entrepreneurs in Germany and switch to a fast-growing deep tech and cloud startup. You will work hands-on from day one and contribute to hyper-growth and help solve organizational growth challenges that change frequently. Your closest touchpoints are at C-1 level directly working with our Chief Talent Officer and our department leads (ex-McKinsey, ex-BCG).
What will you do
- Assist in Organizational Strategy: Help refine our organizational processes, including developing strategic organization growth initiatives and supporting implementation planning
- Strategic Recruitment and Talent Engagement: Contribute to our recruiting strategy by planning hiring roadmaps, sourcing high-potential candidates, coordinating interviews, and optimizing recruitment processes.
- Onboarding and Integration Strategy: Design and refine onboarding strategies to ensure seamless integration of new hires into our team, fostering productivity and engagement from day one.
- Policy Development and Organizational Support: Participate in the development and revision of organizational policies and procedures to align with current and future business needs and strategic objectives.
- Employee Engagement and Development: Provide strategic guidance in employee relations and build professional development processes to enhance team cohesion and growth.
- Diversity, Inclusion, and Cultural Initiatives: Contribute to our diversity and inclusion strategies and support the planning of impactful team events that reinforce a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
What you bring to the table

- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
- An analytical mindset eager to understand the intricacies of organizational strategy and proactive in making improvements
- A strong desire to grow your career in a tech-driven environment at the forefront of cloud and deep tech
- A digital native who, even without programming skills, is passionate about technology and eager to embrace new tools
- Previous relevant experience in organizational strategy, HR, tech startups, or other dynamic, innovative settings
- Nearing completion of a BSc or Master's degree in Business, or a related field
