About the Opportunity
Are you in the final stages of your Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a Master’s at a top-tier university and looking to gain practical experience?
Unlike traditional companies, we offer the chance to work directly alongside some of Germany’s most successful serial entrepreneurs. You’ll be embedded in a fast-growing deep tech cloud startup, contributing from day one to high-impact projects in a rapidly evolving environment.
Your closest collaborators will include professionals at C-level from firms like BCG and McKinsey. We've seen many take this path and go on to launch successful startups or move into leadership roles at top global companies.

Responsibilities

  • Problem solving across a range of different business challenges.
  • Work closely with the MD of ICN and the wider Web3 team, now that our Mainnet and Token are live, the focus is on scaling and managing hypergrowth
  • Contribute insights for strategic direction
  • Prepare a variety of high-quality strategic documentation, presentations and other materials
  • Proactively participate in Web3 strategy meetings
  • Drive Web3 event success, engaging industry leaders and enthusiasts to boost our voice
