Developer Relations
Inco (short for Incognito) is the universal confidentiality layer of Web3, powered by fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) and secured by Ethereum, enabling the development of next-frontier decentralized applications (dApps), providing confidentiality to existing blockchains and breaking down the final barrier to Web3 adoption at scale.
Are you a passionate developer eager to share your knowledge and shape others' experiences with technology? As a developer evangelist for Inco, you'll educate and engage early adopters, creating a vibrant developer community. Your responsibilities include crafting compelling stories backed by practical examples, building developer tools, writing demos/tutorials, and representing Inco globally. You'll collaborate with marketing, speaking at events, hosting workshops, and advocating for the community internally. This role blends engineering, community building, education, and marketing.
About the Team
Inco Network has raised $4.5 million in seed round funding led by 1kx and supported by Robot Ventures, Portal Ventures, Circle Ventures, Alliance DAO, Big Brain Holdings, Symbolic Capital, GSR, Polygon Ventures, Daedalus, and Fenbushi Capital.
Our team has previous experience building in Web3 and has worked at Google, Microsoft, Web3 Foundation, Parity, Bain, Router, Meta, and other top companies.

Responsibilities:
Educate and engage the developer community about the Inco network through storytelling and practical examples via Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
Foster early adopters and broader community participation, ensuring they remain active and satisfied within our developer community.
Develop and provide tools, demos, tutorials, video walkthroughs, and documentation to enhance the onboarding experience.
Represent Inco at global community events, including speaking engagements, hosting workshops, and providing developer support.
Serve as the community's liaison to the internal team, contributing to development and educational strategy based on community feedback.
Assume a public-facing role to advocate for Inco in developer communities, building software and engaging in technical discussions.
Collaborate with the team to create technical tools and educational materials for an outstanding developer experience.
Act as Inco's technical spokesperson at major events and conferences, supporting and promoting network development.
Evaluate the impact of developer relations activities through metrics like community engagement, developer satisfaction, and platform adoption; adjust strategies based on insights.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and developer relations best practices to improve our approach continuously.
Preferred Experience:
2+ years in software engineering at top companies.
2+ years of experience building smart contracts in Solidity.
Understanding front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React, etc.) and how to interact with the blockchain with JS libraries.
Understanding of common smart contract attacks and risks
Understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)
Understanding of cross-chain messaging
Understanding of, or willingness to learn about, FHE, ZK, and MPC
Understanding of SEO is a plus
Proficient in spoken and written English.
