Head of Marketing

Inco (short for Incognito) is Web3's universal confidentiality layer. It is powered by Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) and secured by Ethereum. It enables the development of next-frontier decentralized applications (dApps) and provides confidentiality to existing blockchains, breaking down the final barrier to Web3 adoption at scale.
Are you a passionate developer eager to share your knowledge and shape others' experiences with technology? You will be the bridge between Inco and the broader Inco ecosystem, responsible for building proof of concepts, working closely with our partners to tailor solutions, and spearheading new integrations showcasing Inco's capabilities.
About the Team
Inco Network has raised $4.5 million in seed round funding led by 1kx and supported by Robot Ventures, Portal Ventures, Circle Ventures, Alliance DAO, Big Brain Holdings, Symbolic Capital, GSR, Polygon Ventures, Daedalus, and Fenbushi Capital.
Our team has previous experience building in Web3 and has worked at Google, Microsoft, Web3 Foundation, Parity, Bain, Router, Meta, and other top companies.

Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to promote our Web3 infrastructure products and services.
Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Build and manage the company's brand presence across various digital channels, including social media, industry forums, and relevant publications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product development, sales, and business objectives.
Create compelling content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations, to educate and engage our target audience.
Implement and oversee performance marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
Analyze marketing data and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Preferred Experience:
3-5+ years of experience marketing in the web3 space.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive builder acquisition to our ecosystem.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team.
In-depth knowledge of Web3, blockchain technology, and the crypto ecosystem.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
Experience in working with a protocol (L1/L2 or other blockchain), decentralized finance (DeFi), crypto gaming, privacy tech (ZK, MPC, SGX or FHE) or infrastructure projects is a plus.
Strong understanding of crypto Twitter (CT) and meme-game is a plus.
Proficient in spoken and written English
Who You Are:
A strong communicator with excellent writing and presentation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, especially in remote teams.
Great at product marketing and understanding crypto marketing.
Experience working in a fast-paced start-up or agency environment.
Experience and/or a passion for learning about the blockchain and web3 industries.
