Job Scope

Kaia Labs is looking for a careful and proactive Tax Specialist to handle our global tax matters. You’ll be responsible for managing tax filings and making sure we stay compliant in different countries, especially as they relate to our blockchain-related operations.

📌 Tax Compliance & Reporting

• Support the preparation and filing of corporate income tax, indirect tax, and withholding tax returns
• Help review and maintain tax-related settings in the accounting system to reflect current rules
• Assist in reconciling indirect tax accounts with financial records

📚 Risk Support

• Assist in reviewing contracts and business activities from a tax perspective
• Help coordinate responses to audits or queries from tax authorities

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Solid knowledge of corporate and indirect tax systems
• Hands-on experience with accounting systems and tax reconciliation
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced

💡 Nice to Have

• Prior exposure to the blockchain or digital assets industry
• Interest in applying traditional tax frameworks to emerging technologies
• Experience with international tax planning and digital business models
