We are looking for a Finance / Crypto Analyst to join our team in Buenos Aires. This is a unique opportunity to participate in a groundbreaking project at the forefront of the development of the Web3, Crypto and gaming industry.

The position is part of the Finance team reporting to the Head of Finance. As an Analyst in Treasury Management, you will play a role in managing the company’s financial assets, ensuring liquidity, analyzing market trends, evaluating risks and investment opportunities, and supporting the efficient handling of crypto transactions. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge blockchain technology and an opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends, token prices and protocols to inform decision-making
• Prepare reports on treasury performance and forecast
• Assess risk of protocols and investments as well as operational security
• Monitor and optimize yield on idle crypto assets through staking, lending, or other DeFi strategies.
• Monitor, process, and reconcile crypto transactions across wallets and exchanges.
• Assist in evaluating partnerships with custodial providers, exchanges, and other financial platforms.
• Support the finance team in other related topics

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Actuary, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Software Engineer or related field from a reputable institution
• Basic programming knowledge required (Solidity desired)
• Knowledge of blockchain technologies, crypto markets, and DeFi protocols.
• Strong proficiency in Office / Google suite (reporting, data analysis, financial modeling).
• Understanding of financial statements and cash flow management.
• Onsite 3 days per week
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in Crypto, Web3 or NFT space
• English (mandatory)
