Since launching in September 2021, Treasure has become home to over 15+ games and counting to emerge as one of the leading gaming ecosystems in web3. Some of our leading titles include: The Beacon, Bitmates, Kaiju Cards, Knights of the Ether, Kuroro, Zeeverse, and Mighty Action Heroes. We also have our own in-house game studio working on developing its first flagship title based on the original Treasure IP!

Calling all technically minded Product Managers with a flair for innovation and a passion for building developer focussed tools and systems!

We’re on the hunt for a visionary to steer development of key products that make up the Treasure ecosystem, including: but not limited to Identity, Marketplace, AMM, Payments, LiveOps, Partner SDKs, Management Console as well as Treasure Infinity Chains.

If you're someone who thrives on turning ideas into reality and loves diving into the nitty-gritty of product development and workflows, then we want you on our team.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the development roadmap.

  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.

  • Interface with partner developer studios on a regular basis to shape, refine and promote Treasure technology adoption.

  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching market trends, user feedback, and industry best practices to inform product strategy.

  • Champion the user experience by translating complex technical concepts into intuitive and user-friendly products.

  • Lead product launches and coordinate with marketing on initiatives to drive adoption and engagement within the Treasure community.

  • Monitor key performance metrics and iterate on product features to continuously improve the user experience.

  • Spearhead efforts to constantly improve on and advance tools and developer-facing products in our ecosystem.

  • Shepherd the end-to-end product development lifecycle of multiple products from conception to launch.


  • 3+ years of experience in technical product management, with a focus on developer tools and platform products.

  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications within the gaming industry.

  • Proven track record of driving product initiatives from ideation to launch, with a developer-focussed, customer-centric approach.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Post-agile mindset; you’re proficient with tools such as Jira and Confluence, but have graduated to understand how to fuse this with a unique and flexible work culture.

  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations and behavior within the web3 and broader gaming ecosystems.


  • Experience with gamification techniques and strategies to enhance user engagement and retention.

  • Familiarity with blockchain gaming protocols and standards such as ERC-721 and ERC-1155.

  • Knowledge of smart contract development and deployment process.

  • Experience with decentralized identity and authentication protocols such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, DID, EAS and identity oracles.

  • Previous experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment where adaptability and creativity are valued.

  • Passion for exploring emerging technologies and their potential applications in the gaming industry.

  • Prior participation in developer communities related to Web3 gaming.

  • Located in North America or have a timezone overlap of at least 4 hours.

  • Hands-on experience collaborating with QA and optimizing to build robust products.
