We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Partner Sales Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Partner Sales Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through strategic channel partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, combined with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. This role requires a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities

Channel Partner Enablement:

  • Collaborate with our partners to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to partner sales teams to enhance their understanding of our solutions.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to enable channel partners to effectively sell and support our products.

Solution Design and Architecture

  • Work closely with channel partners and their clients to design solutions that meet specific business requirements.
  • Create and present technical proposals and architecture diagrams that demonstrate the value and effectiveness of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with product roadmaps and capabilities.

Sales Support

  • Assist partner sales teams in crafting compelling proposals and responding to technical queries.
  • Participate in customer meetings to address technical concerns, showcase solution capabilities, and build confidence in our offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing models and assist in the creation of quotes for complex solutions.

Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within our partner organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, offering insights and recommendations for optimizing the use of our solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment between channel strategies and overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in a solutions architecture or pre-sales engineering role, preferably within a partner sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of the technology landscape, including cloud services, networking, and software applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
  • Proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to engage with partners and customers.
