Strider
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a contract Writer to work on an original Action webcomic. Using provided materials as a foundation, as lead writer you will faithfully adapt and create a serialized action story brimming with close-quarters combat and a diverse cast of human and non-human characters.
For this project, we are crafting a wrestling-focused action series set in an urban fantasy setting. The ideal candidate will expertly compose action that channels the triumph, theatrics, and drama of shonen manga and anime storytelling, all the while effortlessly merging it with an imaginative world of underground wrestling. This candidate will not only excel at writing well-paced action set pieces but also introspective, deeply psychological character arcs.
As a platform, Storygrounds is exploring new ways for creators and their fan communities to connect in more collaborative and impactful ways. You will be a pioneer in helping to make the webcomic space more connected.
